Hey, being small isn’t so bad.

Most long distance runners are stereotyped as tall and thin. Well, let me tell you peeps: I AM NOT. I reach the whooping height of 5’1. Also, I have a big legs. Just workin’ what my mama gave meh!

Now done with all that small talk, let’s cover the bigger things in life.

I am not a professional athlete or superstar, although my sub-concious claims otherwise. I just love to run and lift weights. I want to share my love with everyone else. That would be all.

I am currently running with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training, good ol’ Kansas Chapter. Why? Well, I have known way too many people in my short life who have been affected by cancer. I’m ready to punch it in the face. *KAPOW!*

If you would like to donate, click on the “Team in Training” tab on the top of the page!

The Finished Product

That’s right, homemade bread.

My favorite bible verse is Romans 5:3-5 and it goes a little something like this:

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.

Run on, y’all.

Yep, awkward.
